Ghirardelli - eggless - not vegan

Serving size: 6 big cookies

3 soft, 3 crispy

Soft

Ingredients : 1 cup Ghirardelli chocolate chip cookie mix, 1 tbsp plain yogurt, 1 tbsp melted butter

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Combine the ingredients & spray a pan w oil.

  3. Take an ice cream scooper to make 3 large cookie shape.

  4. Flatten the scoop so It cooks evenly.

  5. Bake for 10-13 min.

  6. After It is done baking, take a small bowl, cover the cookie,& move It in a circular motion to give It a perfect circular shape.

Crispy

Ingredients : 1 cup Ghirardelli chocolate chip cookie mix, 1 tbsp plain yogurt, 1 tbsp just egg

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Combine the ingredients & spray a pan w oil.

  3. Take an ice cream scooper to make 3 large cookie shape.

  4. Flatten the scoop so It cooks evenly.

  5. Bake for 10-13 min.

  6. After It is done baking, take a small bowl, cover the cookie, & move It in a circular motion to give It a perfect circular shape.
