Truffle Butter Bucatini

Ingredients:

Pasta: 1 serving of Bucatini, water, salt

Sauce: 1/2 cup washed mushrooms, 1 tbsp lemon juice, 1 clove minced garlic, 2 tbsp butter, 1/4 cup pasta water, 1/4 - 1/2 cup grated Parmigiano Reggiano, 1 tsp red pepper flakes, fresh basil - chiffonade

  1. Boil noodles.

Sauce

  1. Add washed mushrooms to a pan on med-high heat.

  2. Add lemon juice & cook until excess liquid is gone.

  3. Add in 1 tbsp butter and switch to low-med heat.

    1. 1 clove minced garlic

  4. Add in boiled noodles, pasta water, Parmigiano, & 1 tbsp butter.

  5. Add red pepper flakes to taste.

  6. Switch to med-high heat until the sauce has thickened.

  7. Plate & top with fresh basil and Parmigiano.
