Fried Rice

Ingredients

Vegetables: 1/3 red onion diced, 1/3 bell pepper diced, mushrooms diced, 5 chopped garlic cloves, 2 green chiles, pineapple (to taste)

Sauce: 4 tbsp soy sauce, 2 tbsp dark soy sauce, 2 tbsp vegan fish sauce, 2 tbsp vegan oyster sauce, 1. tbsp honey, 1 tbsp Maggi seasoning sauce, 2 tbsp sambal, 2 tbsp sriracha

Rice: leftover rice for 4 people

Sauce - 5 min

  1. Add all ingredients in cup and mix.

Veggies - 10 min

  1. Wash & cut vegetables

  2. Add 3-4 tbsp neutral oil to wok on high heat.

  3. Add onions, then garlic, chilis.

  4. Once softened, add in bell pepper and mushrooms.

Assemble - 10 min

  1. Add rice to the vegetables, with an additional 2 tbsp neutral oil. Stir and let It sit for 2 minutes on high heat.

  2. Add the sauce, and mix.

  3. Once coated well, toss to the side of the pan.

  4. Add pineapple and cook on high heat for 1-2 minutes.

  5. Mix everything and serve.
