Bugger Sage Fettuccine

Ingredients:

Butter Sage: ~2 tbsp butter, 6-7 sage leaves, 1/4-1/2 tsp crushed red pepper, pasta water, salt to taste

Boil noodles. In a separate pan, add in the butter, sage, & crushed red pepper. Let It cook off for 1-2 min on medium heat & add in the noodles once cooked. Add in the pasta water and let It simmer for 2 min & serve. Salt to taste.

Top with freshly grated parmigiano reggiano.
