Simple Cajun Fettuccine

Ingredients:

Pasta: 1 serving of fettuccine, water, salt

Sauce: 1 tbsp olive oil, 1 tsp red pepper flakes, 1/2 cup heavy cream, cajun seasoning (~1 tsp), a pinch of salt, pasta water, 1/4 cup freshly grated Parmigiano Reggiano

  1. Boil noodles.

Sauce

  1. Add olive oil to a pan, medium heat.

  2. Once heated, add red pepper flakes for -1 min.

  3. Add in the cream & let It simmer.

  4. Add the cajun seasoning, parmigiano reggiano, and a pinch of salt.

  5. Add noodles and pasta water to the cream and mix. Let It simmer.

  6. Adjust seasoning to taste.

  7. Plate & top with freshly grated parmigiano reggiano.
