Ingredients
Potatoes: 24-30 baby potatoes
Spices: cayenne, paprika, garlic powder, thyme, chaat masala, black pepper
Sauces: ketchup, garlic aioli mustard
Wash mini potatoes.
Boil in salty water until soft. ~5 min (easily can poke with a fork)
Add olive oil to a large bowl, add in the baby potatoes. Drizzle a little more olive oil and mix to coat the potatoes.
Add seasoning to the potatoes & mix.
Take a small bowl, place on top of potatoes & lightly press down to flatten. (Just enough so that they don’t break apart)
Air Fry 400 degrees, 6 min, flip, & repeat. (until golden brown)
Top with freshly chopped cilantro & parmigiano reggiano. Serve with ketchup & mustard.
