Ingredients
Main ingredients: 1 medium cauliflower, 2 tbsp salt, 8 cups water, 1/2 red onion, 1/2 bell pepper, mini flour tortillas, 2 tbsp veg oil
Batter: 3/4 cup AP flour, 1 cups water, 1/2 tbsp garlic powder, 1 tbsp red chili powder, 1 tsp black pepper, 1 tsp salt, 2-3 tbsp corn starch, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tsp minced ginger
Manchurian Sauce: 1 tbsp veg oil, 1-2 tbsp sriracha, 3 tbsp ketchup, 2-3 tbsp white vinegar, 3 tbsp chili garlic sauce (ahmed brand), 2 tbsp soy sauce

Cauliflower
Start off by boiling water with salt in a pot.
Cut the cauliflower into bite-size pieces.
Add the cauliflower bites in once the water has come to a boil.
Boil for 3 min. Look for a slight change in color.
Leave them in the strainer to dry & cool. (approx. 10 min)
Cauliflower Batter:
Add all dry ingredients to a large bowl.
Slowly add in the water until you get a pancake batter consistency. Start with 1/2 cup & then add more slowly.
Once the cauliflowers are dry, fully cover them in the batter and rest on a rack to get rid of the excess batter.
Spray the air fryer & cauliflower bites with cooking oil.
Add them into the air fryer at 400 degrees for 5-7 min. or until crispy
or fry in oil.
Once done, flip the cauliflowers and repeat.
Manchurian Sauce
Add all ingredients to the cup and mix - taste and adjust to your liking.
Veggies
Wash & cut the onion & bell pepper into smaller pieces.
In a pan, add 1-2 tbsp veg oil, med heat.
Add in the onions and peppers.
Cook for 5 min.
Assemble
Add the Manchurian sauce into a pan on med heat.
Let It come to a simmer & then add in your crispy cauliflower, onions, and bell peppers.
Completely coat each cauliflower and cook on high heat for 1 minute.
Lightly brush both tortilla sides with veg oil
Warm both sides on med heat until It starts browning.
Assemble your tacos.
