Ingredients
Veggies: 1/4 cup of the following veggies (or however much you want) shredded cabbage, shredded carrots, sliced red onions & bell peppers, mushrooms, steamed broccolini, 1 tbsp grated ginger, 2 tbsp grated garlic
Noodles: Lo Mein or Stir fry noodles
Teriyaki Sauce: 1/2 cup soy sauce, 1/2 cup water, 1 tbsp honey, 2-3 tbsp brown sugar, 1/8 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp fresh ginger, 1 tsp cornstarch

Start off by adding the water & salt into a pot on high heat.
Teriyaki Sauce - 5 min
Add all ingredients in cup and mix. Minus water + corn starch
Add to the pan on med heat & bring to a simmer.
Once simmering - slowly add in the cornstarch slurry until It thickens. Turn off the heat & transfer to a bowl once you as get your preferred consistency.
Stir Fry Veggies - 15 min
Cut up vegetables.
Cut the broccolini into smaller pieces and blanch - for 30 sec in boiling water, transfer to an ice bath until It cools.
Wash the mushrooms and sauté in the pan on med/high heat, add 2 tsp of lemon juice.
Add sesame oil after the liquid was cooked off. Add all the veggies + garlic/ginger and switch to medium heat.
Sauté until translucent or slightly brown - stir often.
Cook Noodles - 5 min
Once the water has boiled, add in 3 servings of the noodles.
Once the noodles are cooked, drain & soak noodles in cold water.
Stir Fry Noodles - Teriyaki Sauce - 7 min
Add the rinsed noodles to the vegetables.
Switch to high heat - add in 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce or to taste.
Stir often & add 1 tbsp sriracha or to taste.
Taste the noodles & adjust the sauces accordingly.
Add the noodles to a plate, top with some Manchurian or fried rice & enjoy.
