Grilled Bombay Sandwich

Ingredients

Sourdough bread, green chutney, sriracha, red onion, cucumber, tomato, shredded mozzarella, potatoes, dabeli masala, chaat masala

Veggies

  1. Cut the onion, cucumber, and tomatoes in thin slices.

  2. Boil 1 potato. Slice and top w dabeli & chaat masala.

Assemble

  1. Spread butter on one side of two pieces of sourdough toast.

  2. Add green chutney to one side of the bread & sriracha to the other.

  3. Add the potatoes, tomatoes, cucumber, onions, cheese, & more masala.

  4. Add to a non-stick pan on medium heat, cook both sides until golden brown.

  5. Cover with a lid and add some water to the pan while It cooks to melt the cheese inside. Don’t burn the bread.

  6. Serve ketchup and a side of jalapeño chips.
