Ingredients
Sourdough bread, green chutney, sriracha, red onion, cucumber, tomato, shredded mozzarella, potatoes, dabeli masala, chaat masala

Veggies
Cut the onion, cucumber, and tomatoes in thin slices.
Boil 1 potato. Slice and top w dabeli & chaat masala.
Assemble
Spread butter on one side of two pieces of sourdough toast.
Add green chutney to one side of the bread & sriracha to the other.
Add the potatoes, tomatoes, cucumber, onions, cheese, & more masala.
Add to a non-stick pan on medium heat, cook both sides until golden brown.
Cover with a lid and add some water to the pan while It cooks to melt the cheese inside. Don’t burn the bread.
Serve ketchup and a side of jalapeño chips.
